Web – Led a complete redesign of First Utility’s website to align with new branding and establish a new digital acquisition channel. Traffic to key pages increased by up to 2000%.

Mobile – Provided UX and UI consultancy to ensure alignment of native apps with the public site and My Account redesigns.

My Account – Led discovery and design phases of the My Account redesign.

Organisational Design – Designed the team structure and workflow and successfully recruited all roles for the new Online Experience function.
