Web – Initiated and led a complete redesign of EAN’s white label product Chameleon.

Mobile – Designed white label mobile apps for iPhone and Android for use by Affiliates, and delivered an SDK to enable Affiliates to create their own native apps.

Site Optimisation – Managed the Site Optimisation team based in Dallas.

  • Reviewed MVT software solutions, selected Sitespect as best suited to our multi-partner business

  • Ideated and planned a pipeline of tests across entire booking journey

Organisation – Successfully recruited and managed a high performing UX team, seamlessly incorporated existing US-based Site Optimisation team.
