Digital Application Form – User-centred redesign of application form – Barclaycard’s primary acquisition channel – completion rate increased 59%.

Mobile – Designed and developed an iPhone web application to support the launch of the OnePulse card.

Social Media – Developed Barclaycard's social media strategy including the ‘Green-o-Meter' Facebook application to support the launch of the Breathe card - the first Facebook application from a UK financial services company.
