Responsible for the creation and leadership of a new Digital Products function combining UX/UI, Digital Design and Continuous Revenue Optimisation functions.

Won Best Digital Customer Experience CX Awards 2020 and 2021

Digital Transformation – Led the UX/UI and CRO work streams within ‘Project Benson’ a total business and digital transformation programme.

  • Delivered an all new digital customer experience combining three distinct brands and product ranges into a single personalised eCommerce channel under the Vanarama brand.

  • Delivered ‘self serve’ eCommerce across all product types including an intelligent checkout delivering 50% faster completion time than existing.

Continuous Revenue Optimisation – Utilising an external agency as resource I led a highly successful CRO programme that through A/B Testing and Customer Research delivered a 56% uplift in quote requests and a  796% uplift in conversion.

Organisational Design – Combined two existing teams and through restructuring and recruitment created a centre of Digital Expertise within Vanarama. The team is highly regarded and regularly scores 100 in eNPS surveys.
