Lead eCommerce transformation programme redesigning Tredz complete digital commerce and customer account experience from discovery through design to delivery.
All new basket and Checkout launched December 2022 delivering a 4.5% uplift in conversion.
Discovery – Undertook stakeholder interviews and customer research to define high level requirements and create a brief for potential digital design agencies. Utilised the brief to lead an agency pitch and selection process.
Design – Lead both client and agency teams through design phase culminating in delivery of an Atomic Ui design system in both Figma and Storybook.
Deliver – Lead phase 1 of the delivery stage to develop and launch an all new basket and checkout.
