Strategy – Defined new Consumer Products strategy focussed on three primary digital channels: mobile, web and AI/bots.

Product Roadmap – Defined a three-stage plan to realise the strategy: optimisation, enhancement and future business models.

Digital Channels – Delivered redesigns of Yell’s iOS and Android apps and Yell.com. Successfully tested with users across multiple demographics segments.

Process – Embedded AGILE as development methodology across product and technology.

Organisational Design – Designed and recruited a new Consumer Products function.
